**What do you like best about MilkShape 3D?**

Very usefull 3d modelling program, a lot of 3rd part support and compatibility

**What do you dislike about MilkShape 3D?**

Oh god the expense. None of these kinds of programs are cheap (except blender, which is free but unweildy to learn) but the dislike box requires I say SOMETHING and this is it!

**What problems is MilkShape 3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to create models for a video game I was developing

MilkShape 3D makes it easy to create, edit, and export 3D models.

**What do you dislike about MilkShape 3D?**

It's a clunky and old software with a dated interface.

**Recommendations to others considering MilkShape 3D:**

Know that this software hasn't been updated in a long time and is well on its way to obsolescence. If it has features that are useful to you, you should use it, but I wouldn't solely rely on this software.

**What problems is MilkShape 3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It easily supports formats other model editing software do not. This makes it a good and useful tool with a purpose.

**What do you like best about MilkShape 3D?**

A relative low cost solution for basic modeling. Supports numerous file formats and one can imports/exports to a wide range of formats.

**What do you dislike about MilkShape 3D?**

I dislike its interface and clumsy controls.  Blender surpasses this software by miles.

**Recommendations to others considering MilkShape 3D:**

use Blender if you can afford it

One of the initial software I tried when I started learning  game modeling. This came as a shareware and a free 30 day trial so was only able to investigate some features.
