I use Hub Planner to fill in my weekly timesheets. It prevents me from having the headache of maintaining it manually, making the user journey more satisfying. I like the layout, which is really intuitive to use with a very good user training wizard. Setting it up was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hub Planner makes scheduling work and updating schedules very simple, and the user interface is very intuitive. Their customer service is top-notch, as well. The support team is always responsive and helpful, and if there is not a straightforward solution for my unique problem, they send a video tutorial of a possible solution that may work. Some of the add-on features, such as capacity finder and dependencies, seem like they should be included in service plans without the additional costs. The interface awkward at first but once I understood how it worked it became very easy to find and add category rows and fill the time columns. I especially like how I can enter e.g. 0.75 hours and it's smart enough to convert that to 45 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I track my meetings and tasks carefully in Google Calendar so it feels a bit cumbersome to manually re-enter that data in Hub Planner. It would be great if there was an add-on or such to automatically populate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
