Midara Reviews & Product Details

Midara helps distributors coordinate the work between a customer visit and the office. Its mobile sales tools and cloud workspace connect customer information, routes, selling, collections and management reporting, giving representatives and managers a shared view of field activity. Customer visits and route planning Organize planned visits, select customers on a map and review customer information and previous activity before arriving. Record visit outcomes and keep the next conversation connected to the customer's account and history. Catalog, quotations, orders and invoices Browse products, review availability and build a cart for the configured sales workflow. Prepare quotations, orders or invoices using customer pricing and payment terms. Credit controls and approval flows help handle discount or credit exceptions within the company's sales policies. Collections and customer accounts Review invoices, outstanding balances and payment status. Capture collections and allocate payments to invoices or the customer's account. Customer and cash statements, collection reports and debt aging help teams follow what has been collected and what remains due. Stock, delivery and returns Review inventory, request replenishment and manage supported delivery and return workflows. Invoice and receipt printing supports document and thermal formats, bringing practical sales and fulfillment tools to the field. Field execution and merchandising evidence Capture visit notes and outcomes, photos and before-and-after evidence. Record customer shelf stock and competitor prices to make field observations available alongside sales activity. This gives supervisors useful context when reviewing customer coverage and execution. Team performance and operational oversight Follow sales targets, compare teams and representatives, review completed visits and manage approval requests. Reports cover sales, invoices, collections, balances, inventory, active customers and visits. Map and tracking views support supervision of field activity. Connected and disconnected work Supported workflows capture work locally during connectivity gaps and synchronize when internet access returns. Visible synchronization status helps users follow work that is saved locally and updates still awaiting exchange with the cloud. Optional intelligence Contextual AI features support operational search, customer and visit briefs, voice-assisted documentation and summaries. Management insights and recommendations support follow-up decisions, with people reviewing and confirming consequential actions. Integration services Midara integrates with Odoo.
