## Microsoft Cloud Data Management Reviews
  ### 1. Microsoft Cloud Data Management Review by Cloud Certifed Engineer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md I. | Digital Solution Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?**

The most beneficial feature that Microsoft gives to its Customers or Users is ownership of their data, they will access customer data only to provide services as of SLA agreement and will provide 24x7 support as well. They dont share data with 3rd party advertisers or marketing firms. Even if you discontinue the cloud subscription the data retention policy says that the Microsoft will keep the data for 90 days and then once customer wants to come back the all the data will be accessible to customer. After that period account and data are completely wiped off, this is one of the finest features. Microsoft follows EU Model clauses for data management and protection with international standards for data transfers. Protection of Email from warrants, Privacy consideration are must for Data Management which Microsoft provides and all services agreed upon during SLA are completely fulfilled.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?**

Since all of the Cloud services provided by Microsoft requires stable high internet connectivity is, sometimes many applications face a lot issues in data retrieval or data updates. This is a real time issue which most of the cloud providers face since latency is high and bandwidth existing is low, if somehow this retrieval can be improved then it will be very much opted for. Additionally inclusion of comparison and aggregator tools would be very much helpful.

**What problems is Microsoft Cloud Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Cloud model the major problem solving is infrastructure cost setup is being minised for new entrants in the market and also retailers. Not only does this option is useful for Big Organizations bit also retailers can avail the benefits as per their choice as there are a lot of plans. Cost Reduction, Lesser time for Go Live, infrastructure setup in very less time and effort, ready to use VMs with Organization data in most secured way, Data Security from Microsoft and Customer, Multiple Scalability options during high traffic when data retrival or updates are in pipeline in automated manner, Pay as you go model for SQL usage etc, are few among a major data management problem solving.

  ### 2. MICROSOFT CLOUD DATA MANAGEMENT

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahesh P. | TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?**

THE WAY MICROSOFT MANAGES THE PRIVACY, SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF CUSTOMER DATA. IN REALITY, MICROSOFT IS DOING BUSINESS WITH CLOUD SOLUTIONS AND HENCE THEY ARE TRYING TO SHOWCASE ALL ON-PREMISE INFRASTRUCTURE AS OVERHEADS, THIS IS DONE SO FLUENTLY THAT NOBODY REALIZES THAT NO MATTER WHETHER YOU USE ON-PREMISE OR CLOUD SERVICES, YOU MUST PAY. SINCE PEOPLE ARE USED TO MICROSOFT ON-PREMISE PRODUCTS AND THINK THAT WHATEVER THEY DO, IT WILL BE BEST AND IT'S A HARD LINE DRAWN ON ROCK

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?**

THE MOTHER OF ALL MICROSOFT CLOUD TENANCY IS .ONMICROSOFT.COM ROOT DOMAIN, IF HACKERS BECOME SUCCESSFUL TO COMPROMISE THIS ROOT DOMAIN, I BELIEVE EVENTUALLY THEY CAN GET HOLD OF ALL SUBDOMAINS (AZURE / O365 TENANTS OR REFERRED TO AS CUSTOMERS), I DON'T SEE ANY DOCUMENTATION FROM MICROSOFT WHAT HAPPENS WITH CUSTOMER DATA OR WHAT IS PROVISION IF ROOT DOMAIN GETS COMPROMISED
ULTIMATELY WHEN 90% OF INDUSTRIES WILL KEEP THEIR DATA ON THE CLOUD, THE MANAGIBILITY IS MORE COMPLEX AND ANY MISHAPS LEAD TO SAVIOR LOSSES TO DATA, SECURITY

**What problems is Microsoft Cloud Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WE DON'T NEED TO MAINTAIN INFRASTRUCTURE LIKE DATA CENTERS AND STAFF TO MANAGE, YOU GET SSO FOR THE MAJORITY OF CLOUD SERVICES
YOU ALSO ESCAPED FROM MANAGING PUBLIC OR PRIVATE IP ADDRESSES

  ### 3. Well Designed

**What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?**

I have used ADLS and synapse for our daily data loads, creating and managing adls is well designed. The best part is cross-platform connectivity and security.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?**

There is nothing particular, but it would be better if adls ui can be made such that a management guy will also be able to understand the functionality of adls because it can be useful not only for tech guys but helpful for non-tech people as well

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Cloud Data Management:**

Get the fundamentals clear, then you can do intresting stuff

**What problems is Microsoft Cloud Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would love to have ADF as a separate application like ssis and all instead of it being a cloud service. I feel like we can improve self-hosted integration connectivity in ADF.

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka G. | QA Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?**

It is easy to use,no storage is required, we can easily store our data in the secured cloud. The technological revolutions just keep coming, and modern organizations need to adapt to new ways of doing business to remain competitive.
One of the primary changes to the operational models a company needs to consider when it comes to managing information is whether to move to a cloud service provider.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?**

There is nothing to dislike as such, it is easy to use and access. You willneed to manage Azure to make it effect.Although it be reducing your capital expenses for IT hardware and maintenance locally, it still going to need someone to manage your data effectively. Microsoft Azure does not help you manage your cloud-based data center. That means you’ll need to have boots on the ground that know how to use Azure, which includes server monitoring and patching. Without that talent, you must either learn it yourself or find a different solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Cloud Data Management:**

Please train ur teammated about cloud managment tools as this is the future and it will help us to.

**What problems is Microsoft Cloud Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

storage problem, easy to access different software based on our requirement. With Microsoft Azure, all elements related to information security come included with the service, and customers gain access to the latest in threat prevention and detection technologies. It uses threat monitoring agents that generate real-time security alerts and threat intelligence reports. These threat intelligence reports provide insights into attackers, their objectives, and the tactics employed.uses threat monitoring agents that generate real-time security alerts and threat intelligence reports.
