"Microsoft Cloud Data Management Review by Cloud Certifed Engineer"
What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

The most beneficial feature that Microsoft gives to its Customers or Users is ownership of their data, they will access customer data only to provide services as of SLA agreement and will provide 24x7 support as well. They dont share data with 3rd party advertisers or marketing firms. Even if you discontinue the cloud subscription the data retention policy says that the Microsoft will keep the data for 90 days and then once customer wants to come back the all the data will be accessible to customer. After that period account and data are completely wiped off, this is one of the finest features. Microsoft follows EU Model clauses for data management and protection with international standards for data transfers. Protection of Email from warrants, Privacy consideration are must for Data Management which Microsoft provides and all services agreed upon during SLA are completely fulfilled. What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

Since all of the Cloud services provided by Microsoft requires stable high internet connectivity is, sometimes many applications face a lot issues in data retrieval or data updates. This is a real time issue which most of the cloud providers face since latency is high and bandwidth existing is low, if somehow this retrieval can be improved then it will be very much opted for. Additionally inclusion of comparison and aggregator tools would be very much helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MICROSOFT CLOUD DATA MANAGEMENT"
What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

THE WAY MICROSOFT MANAGES THE PRIVACY, SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF CUSTOMER DATA. IN REALITY, MICROSOFT IS DOING BUSINESS WITH CLOUD SOLUTIONS AND HENCE THEY ARE TRYING TO SHOWCASE ALL ON-PREMISE INFRASTRUCTURE AS OVERHEADS, THIS IS DONE SO FLUENTLY THAT NOBODY REALIZES THAT NO MATTER WHETHER YOU USE ON-PREMISE OR CLOUD SERVICES, YOU MUST PAY. SINCE PEOPLE ARE USED TO MICROSOFT ON-PREMISE PRODUCTS AND THINK THAT WHATEVER THEY DO, IT WILL BE BEST AND IT'S A HARD LINE DRAWN ON ROCK Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

THE MOTHER OF ALL MICROSOFT CLOUD TENANCY IS .ONMICROSOFT.COM ROOT DOMAIN, IF HACKERS BECOME SUCCESSFUL TO COMPROMISE THIS ROOT DOMAIN, I BELIEVE EVENTUALLY THEY CAN GET HOLD OF ALL SUBDOMAINS (AZURE / O365 TENANTS OR REFERRED TO AS CUSTOMERS), I DON'T SEE ANY DOCUMENTATION FROM MICROSOFT WHAT HAPPENS WITH CUSTOMER DATA OR WHAT IS PROVISION IF ROOT DOMAIN GETS COMPROMISED

ULTIMATELY WHEN 90% OF INDUSTRIES WILL KEEP THEIR DATA ON THE CLOUD, THE MANAGIBILITY IS MORE COMPLEX AND ANY MISHAPS LEAD TO SAVIOR LOSSES TO DATA, SECURITY Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Well Designed"
What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

I have used ADLS and synapse for our daily data loads, creating and managing adls is well designed. The best part is cross-platform connectivity and security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

There is nothing particular, but it would be better if adls ui can be made such that a management guy will also be able to understand the functionality of adls because it can be useful not only for tech guys but helpful for non-tech people as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

It is easy to use,no storage is required, we can easily store our data in the secured cloud. The technological revolutions just keep coming, and modern organizations need to adapt to new ways of doing business to remain competitive.

One of the primary changes to the operational models a company needs to consider when it comes to managing information is whether to move to a cloud service provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

There is nothing to dislike as such, it is easy to use and access. You willneed to manage Azure to make it effect.Although it be reducing your capital expenses for IT hardware and maintenance locally, it still going to need someone to manage your data effectively. Microsoft Azure does not help you manage your cloud-based data center. That means you’ll need to have boots on the ground that know how to use Azure, which includes server monitoring and patching. Without that talent, you must either learn it yourself or find a different solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

Helped to tackle most of the data-related problems. Using logic apps one can easily build and automate any data pipeline. Notify the users in real-time. Helps data management and maintains metadata-related info using Data Catalog. Providing the best services to handle real-time data ingestion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud Data Management?

I can't say anything is missing here. It would be good to have some more detailed documentation. Some improvements in Logic apps like handling dynamic parameters. And fixing existing issues in Azure Data Purview and adding it in CLoud Data Management suite would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
