"Powerful Security Suite with a Steep Learning Curve"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security?

I appreciate the unified identity and zero trust security approach of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security. The integration of Microsoft Entra ID with Conditional Access is particularly impressive, as it allows for a Zero Trust approach, verifying each access request based on real-time signals like user location, device health, and app sensitivity, which effectively prevents breaches. I also find endpoint management very beneficial, especially leveraging Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management, which secures both corporate and personal devices. Additionally, the power of Microsoft EMS is truly realized through its integration capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem and with third-party tools. Its dynamic scaling features, such as dynamic groups and zero-touch deployment, greatly enhance efficiency and security across large-scale enterprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security?

I find the complexity and learning curve of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security to be challenging. Troubleshooting and logging can also be areas that could use improvement. The setup is powerful but polarized, ranging from seamless for basic features to highly complex for advanced security configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security for identity management, enabling Single Sign-On and enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication. It secures devices with Microsoft Intune and enhances security through a Zero Trust model, protecting user identities instead of network perimeters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security solveing the challenge of managing BYOD users and contractors.

"All-in-One Security and Management Solution with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"

5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security?

I appreciate how Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security simplifies device management and data protection by allowing everything to be handled from a single platform. Its robust identity security, including multi-factor authentication, is a standout feature. The seamless integration with Microsoft 365 ensures that all components work together efficiently, eliminating the need for additional tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security?

One aspect I find challenging about Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security is that the initial setup and ongoing management can seem quite complex. Certain features demand precise configuration, and I often find the differences between licensing options, such as E3 and E5, to be confusing. Additionally, troubleshooting problems can require navigating through several different portals, which does not always make the process easy or intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security addresses significant challenges related to device management, identity protection, and data security. It helps keep company data secure, even when employees are working remotely or using their own devices. With features such as Intune, maintaining device compliance becomes more straightforward, and Entra ID offers secure access through multi-factor authentication. For me, this means reduced risk, easier management, and the ability to work securely from any location without concerns about data leaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
