I liked Windows 7 a lot, and windows 10 was pretty similar to it.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft?**

I do not like windows 11, the addition of AI doesn't feel good.

**What problems is Microsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to play my games, but soon I may be switching to Linux so that I can continue to do so.

the entire suite - it is all encompassing, covering every need. Its intuitive, its easy to use and pick up. Most places use it, so its universal.

Its not easy to obtain and maintain as a private user

**What problems is Microsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use 9probably like most other pople) word and excel - which between the 2 of thos products, cover most business and personal needs. I liek how its constantly evolving with technology and adding new features and ease fo use.

**What do you like best about Microsoft?**

Easy to navigate.  Lots of features.  Customer support is helpful.  I can research what I need help with and find the answer. Since it has a lot of different software, you can complete what you need with a Microsoft product (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Microsoft?**

I have not found anything that I do not like about the product. I guess with Canva coming onto the market, it beats out PowerPoint.

**What problems is Microsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Word is helping with typing documents, completing spellcheck, and formatting.  Microsoft Excel is helping with math formulas and sums of numbers.  There are many other Microsoft software helping like this.

Windows 11 has a lot of bugs, and I’m not a fan of the shift toward subscription-only models.

we have no bsiness problem at the moment that microsoft is helping us with, but if we do come across a problem, microsoft is not helping us or benefiting us without being able to get a customer support on the line

Has been a very useful OS and has very standardized UI and applications.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft?**

Strong updates and patches, but lengthy and time consuming. Constant updates of UI for app suite is annoying.

Been a great UI and OS to use for many many years. Can't imagine switching to MacOS or Linux now.
