Method Grid billing policy
The first 100 users on a fixed, annual plan will be discounted at 20% off the standard (Professional/monthly) rate. Thereafter, additional numbers will be subject to an ever-increasing discount.
Annual plans will be billed by invoice (30 day settlement) and fixed for the year i.e. not subject to any variation within the annual term.
How we calculate users
For Professional and Enterprise users, the annual (discounted) price is based on the size of your organization – as benefiting from availability of the Method Grid solution – as opposed to actual logins in the solution (if different).
As Method Grid is, by design, a whole-team, collaborative knowledge management solution and reference point, this will typically be the true size of an organization’s workforce (staff and associate members) but can vary from this by discussed agreement.
