As a developer and now software dev manager I know the headaches of supporting integrations. Just 1 integration can be a lengthy endeavour to support ; Merge handles dozens and in a universal common model way which has allowed us to not only add new functionality to our product quickly but also scale to so many platforms without any additional lift. Not a dislike but the data normalization can work against you at times. Sometimes you need the actual underlying data in its true form in your sync. They obviously thought of this though and provided a simple flag in the API call to return the raw data instead of the normalized version. I think though that most use cases would benefit more from the normalization though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
