It does not allow us to customize aspects. I do wish there were options available specifically for customizing reports. The system updates need to be smoother as we have encountered an issue that required assistance from the support team. **What do you dislike about Merchant RMS?** The frequent app updates sometimes be a bit bothersome. There is room for improvement in terms of the user interface on the website I must say that the customer service team has been not helpful in resolving any problems weve faced. **What problems is Merchant RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The interface is not as intuitive and user friendly as it often leads to confusion during navigation. Secondly obtaining assistance from customer support is a problem; it takes quite some time to get help with any issues encountered.
