This saves me an incredible amount of time, at least half an hour daily, and my notes come out sounding more professional and thorough. They tie back to treatment goals, and incorporate language to facilitate insurance reimbursement (e.g. "treatment remains medically necessary for dx ABC, due to sx's XYZ).
