Menodi Reviews & Product Details

AI receptionist for local businesses that get a lot of inbound calls. Menodi answers every call 24/7, qualifies the caller and books the job straight into your calendar. It speaks Swedish and Danish. Every missed call is a lost customer. In our own calls to 1,313 Swedish small businesses (Jul–Aug 2026), 34% never answered, even after several attempts. Menodi is an AI receptionist that picks up every call, day or night. It answers questions from your own information (prices, service area, opening hours), qualifies the caller, and books the appointment directly in your calendar. You get a summary by SMS or email right after the call. When a caller needs a person, Menodi forwards the call to you according to your own rules. If you don't pick up, it takes the call back, gets the message and sends you a summary. The customer never hits voicemail. You keep your existing number: setup is a simple call forward, done the same day. Built for service businesses of any kind: trades, clinics, salons, repair shops, agencies and more. Setup, support and integrations are included in every plan. There's no setup fee and one month's notice. If Menodi doesn't catch at least one booking you would otherwise have missed in the first month, you get your money back.
