Mendly Reviews & Product Details

Mendly is a between-session check-in tool for therapists and counselors in solo and small practices. You choose the questions each client answers every day, from a library of 125+ wellbeing questions (sleep, mood, stress, relationships, habits) or written yourself. Clients answer in under two minutes on the web or in the free Mendly app for iPhone and Android, with a daily reminder that never mentions what they track. Before each session you see a day-by-day record of the client's week, their own notes, and which tracked factors line up with their better and harder days. You can also assign standardized questionnaires such as the PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5 and AUDIT-C on a schedule. A weekly summary email shows which clients checked in and who may need attention. Mendly is not an EHR. It does not do notes, scheduling, billing or telehealth, and sits alongside the practice software you already use. Free for up to 2 clients with no credit card. Paid plans start at $9/month, and clients never pay. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, therapist accounts use multi-factor authentication, and Mendly signs a Business Associate Agreement with every therapist.
