Mencar Global Consulting SL Reviews & Provider Details

Mencar Global Consulting is a Madrid-based cybersecurity consultancy built specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises. We help CEOs, COOs, and CFOs take control of their security posture without the cost or complexity of hiring a full-time CISO. Most SMEs face the same cybersecurity risks as large enterprises — ransomware, phishing, data breaches, regulatory exposure — but lack the internal expertise to manage them strategically. They either ignore the problem until an incident forces their hand, or they react to each threat without a coherent plan. Mencar exists to change that. Our model is simple: we provide senior cybersecurity expertise on a flexible monthly retainer, adapted to the reality and budget of a growing business. We offer four core services: - Virtual CISO (vCISO): Strategic security direction without a full-time hire. We run monthly leadership reviews, build quarterly action plans, identify and prioritize your top risks, and act as your security decision-maker when it matters most — including incident response coordination. - GRC & Compliance: We ensure you are never caught without documentation when a large client, auditor, or public tender requires it. Our compliance service covers NIS2, ENS, ISO 27001, and GDPR — keeping your documentation current and audit-ready at all times. - Managed Security Operations (MSSP): Endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), email filtering against phishing and fraud, automated patch management, and 24×7 monitoring and response through our MDR/SOC service. Your IT team gets expert backup without expanding headcount. - Business Continuity as a Service: We implement, test, and maintain your business continuity and disaster recovery plans — so that if something fails, recovery is measured in hours, not days. We define your RPO/RTO targets, run real restoration tests, and provide the evidence your clients and auditors require. We primarily serve B2B companies in regulated sectors — technology, professional services, manufacturing, logistics — that supply large enterprises or participate in public tenders where security compliance is increasingly mandatory. Our clients choose Mencar because they need a cybersecurity partner who speaks the language of business risk, not just technical jargon — and who delivers structured, documented, testable security, not just advice.
