memonico Reviews & Product Details

Memonico turns your PDF procedures, safety training and internal memos into interactive conversations your frontline teams actually read — on their phone, with no app to install. The problem we solve: only 12% of internal documents are read in full, and on audit or inspection day there's no usable record of who was really trained. With Memonico: • Import your existing document (PDF, Word, text) — nothing to rewrite. • AI turns it into a guided chat with built-in comprehension questions. You review, adjust, publish. • Roll it out and measure: target a team, launch the campaign, auto-remind until completion. The core of Memonico is proof. For each employee you get a timestamped certificate (name, course, date, score) and an exportable completion dashboard by team or site. Your AI, your data: connect your own provider (OpenAI, Azure, Mistral, Gemini) with your key, encrypted at rest. Free trial, no credit card.
