Meliora Reviews & Product Details

Meliora is a comprehensive Telegram outreach platform designed to streamline and enhance the process of engaging with potential clients through Telegram. It integrates multiple functionalities into a single subscription, including message sending, inbox management, customer relationship management (CRM), and account health monitoring, thereby providing a unified solution for outreach campaigns. One of the core features of Meliora is its advanced sending capabilities. Users can create sequences of up to five messages, each with customizable conditions such as pauses between messages and daily limits per account. The platform supports account and message rotation to prevent repetitive content, and includes suppression lists and deduplication across teams to avoid redundant communications. This structured approach ensures that outreach efforts are both efficient and compliant with Telegram's guidelines. Inbox management is another critical component of Meliora. The platform consolidates replies from all connected accounts into a shared conversation queue, providing full visibility into the touch history of each lead. This centralized system allows for efficient assignment of conversations across team members, quick responses, and the addition of notes on leads. Importantly, any reply from a lead automatically halts further messages in the sequence, preventing overcommunication. Meliora's CRM functionality transforms a simple list of chats into a structured pipeline. Leads progress through customizable stages from initial contact to closed deals, with each card retaining information about the source, campaign, and complete message history. Users can define their own stages and loss reasons, set tasks and reminders for leads, and generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as touches, replies, and deals. Account health is proactively managed within Meliora to prevent bans and restrictions. The platform employs a Risk Score system that evaluates behavior based on factors like complaints, sending speed, rejection rates, and signals from Telegram's SpamBot. As risk levels increase, accounts are automatically transitioned into warm-up phases or paused to mitigate potential issues. Scheduled SpamBot checks, dedicated proxies for each account, and automatic transfer of touches to backup accounts further enhance account longevity and reliability. To extend the lifespan of Telegram accounts, Meliora implements a three-stage warm-up process over 21 days. The initial stage involves no sending, allowing the account to establish a presence through activities like subscribing to channels and reading content. The second stage introduces live conversations and manual touches with gradually increasing daily limits. By the third stage, the account reaches full campaign capacity while remaining under continuous Risk Score monitoring. This methodical warm-up process has been shown to increase account lifespan by 60–80% compared to immediate full-scale sending. Meliora offers flexible subscription plans to cater to various user needs. The Light plan, priced at $49 per month, is suitable for solo marketers or pilot projects, supporting up to 10 Telegram accounts, one team seat, one workspace, and 2,000 credits per month. The Pro plan, at $169 per month, is designed for teams of 3–5 members, offering support for up to 25 Telegram accounts, five team seats, three workspaces, and 8,000 credits per month, along with integrations with Bitrix24 and amoCRM, and access to a dedicated manager. Its structured approach to message sequences, centralized conversation management, detailed lead tracking, proactive account health measures, and flexible subscription options make it a valuable tool for businesses seeking to optimize their Telegram outreach efforts.
