What do you like best about Mekari Sign?

How flexible the platform is—offering both PSrE and Global Sign digital signatures depending on our needs. The user experience is also seamless; employees can log in using their email, sign documents easily, and download them anytime they need.

Key features like automated reminders, approval flows, bulk signing and uploading, and user management have significantly improved our document workflow. We also value the constant feature upgrades, always accompanied by informative webinars that help us stay up to date.

Customer service has been very friendly and responsive, and the flexible payment options make it easier for us as a client. We also benefit from ready-to-use e-materai, so we no longer need to purchase them manually.

What do you dislike about Mekari Sign?

1. There’s no feature to schedule document delivery or upload in advance.

2. Confusion between “Delete” and “Void”, even though both actions deduct the e-materai.

3. Some “Need to Sign” emails end up in recipients' spam folders, which delays the signing process and causes follow-up issues.
