For example, bounced-back documents don’t always come with a clear notification, and some scheduled draft flows still require manual follow-up from the user. Before using Mekari Sign, urgent documents often got held up because they still had to go through a manual process: printing, sending, and then waiting for the right person to sign. It became even more difficult when the signer was out of the office, or when the document needed to move between teams and external parties across different locations. After switching to Mekari Sign, the turnaround time became much shorter—dropping from around one week to about two days—and the cost is also about 60% lower than our previous digital signature's provider.
