When a lot of content is on the platform it can be messy and confusing. A lot of files in the homepage, I think having more workspaces will help a lot. It's a mess! Many of the screens were not updated and still run on the old interface (all typing, no buttons). Many screens load slowly. Orders can only be sent one at a time and require a ridiculous amount of input for each order. The contact management is also complicated and can only view/edit/add one at a time. Depending on the organizational structure that has been set up for the company using MediaBank, using the standalone software is cumbersome while trying to navigate through.
