Excellent customer service. The program is easy to use and does the job that you need it to do.

**What do you dislike about Media ExcelVideo?**

There are a lot of technical terms used, it would be great to use laymens terms in some cases. 

**What problems is Media ExcelVideo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Media ExcelVideo to deliver video content to our existing customers! It is a great tool to keep them in the know.
