Allowing our lower managers to get the big picture without granting them access to bank accounts or access to sensitive info. **What do you dislike about MechanicDesk?** The reports system is a little buggy at times, resulting in failures to communicate properly with customers regarding various tasks **What problems is MechanicDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** MechanicDesk manages the entire shop process from customer entry to service to exit; it's fast and straightforward. And saved a lot of money over a tailored POS system. ### 2. Mechanic desk is open to suggestions and great in providing a wonderful product rather than telling what needs to be done. **What do you dislike about MechanicDesk?** Nothing really. I just wish I had got it earlier then I would have saved loads of my time and effort using the utterly useful tool that reduces my daily work load by a significant amount. **What problems is MechanicDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Is is super easy and convinent to use.
