Least helpful would be that MD Clarity does not always find copays for outpatient surgery so you have to either call the insurance company or go to company website to verify. Ease of use and great customer service. The interface is really easy to use and anyone with little experience would be able to fumble around and figure it out with little issue. The on boarding team was amazing and very attentive. Making any changes or requests for additional features were always quickly addressed. Integrating our contracts was very easy and any changes needed are quickly addressed as well. Implementing this tool into our workflow was really easy and has simplified my team's workload.
