We particularly appreciate the advanced search, which allows to find samples of interest, and the dashboard, which provides an overview of the biobank and to receive alerts and notifications. **What do you dislike about MBioLIMS BioBanking?** In our current version, it is not possible to change or customize the dashboards. **What problems is MBioLIMS BioBanking solving and how is that benefiting you?** MBioLIMS has enabled us to improve the traceability of our customers’ biological samples, the system automatically records who does what and when. We can track reception, registration, storing and distribution of sample collections. In addition, the software is connected to Airliquide Autocryo a system for monitoring temperature and nitrogen levels in LN2 tanks.
