Timely billing with consistent results and always accessible.

**What do you dislike about MBC?**

I really haven't had any. No problems. I have been with them for over 2 years.

**Recommendations to others considering MBC:**

This is the first time in my 30+ year medical carrer that I am getting paid for what I do, at least what I am contracted to get paid. No more lost claims, timely filing issues. Of course, your experience depends upon what biller you get. I'm very happy with mine.

**What problems is MBC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My billing is no longer a problem. I never have timely filing issues any longer and the billing team is always on top of issues before money is lost. My biller is always readily accessible and responds rapidly, resolving issues before they become problems. I have great confidence in my billers.
