Maxbound Reviews & Product Details

Maxbound is an AI agent platform for businesses that sell and support through social media. It answers every comment and DM across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and your website in seconds, in your brand's voice, 24/7 — and turns those conversations into bookings, leads, and sales. Most businesses lose revenue in the gap between a customer asking and a human answering. That gap is nights, weekends, and the 200 unread DMs nobody got to. Maxbound closes it. TRAINED ON YOUR BUSINESS, NOT THE INTERNET Point Maxbound at your website and it builds your agent for you — reading your pages, products, pricing, policies and FAQs, plus your Google Business listing for locations, hours and contact details. Add documents, past conversations, or write knowledge in directly. Your agent answers from your facts, and admits when it doesn't know rather than inventing an answer. ONE INBOX FOR EVERY CONVERSATION Comments, DMs, story replies, WhatsApp messages, website chat and Lead Ad submissions all land in one shared inbox. Your team sees the full history, who the customer is, and what the AI already said — instead of switching between six apps and three phones. YOU DECIDE HOW MUCH THE AI DOES Run it on full autopilot, or in copilot mode where the agent drafts a reply and a human approves before anything sends. Set natural reply delays so responses don't feel robotic. The agent steps back automatically the moment a team member joins the thread, and picks up again when they're done. PROVE IT BEFORE YOU TRUST IT Replay your agent against your own historical conversations and see exactly how it would have answered — before a single real customer talks to it. Review, correct, retrain. Every correction makes the next answer better. Most teams are nervous about letting AI talk to their customers. This is how you stop guessing. TURN CONVERSATIONS INTO REVENUE Qualify leads, collect details, handle objections and book appointments inside the chat itself. Lead Ad responses flow straight into the inbox, so no paid lead sits unread for three days. CUSTOMER PROFILES THAT FOLLOW PEOPLE ACROSS CHANNELS Maxbound recognises the same person whether they message you on Instagram today and WhatsApp next month, and builds a single timeline: what they asked, what they bought, what they care about. Segment those customers and reach them again with WhatsApp campaigns, with consent tracked automatically. REPORTING YOUR CLIENTS WILL ACTUALLY READ Branded performance reports covering response time, conversation volume, engagement and ad performance — in English and Arabic. BUILT FOR AGENCIES AND MULTI-LOCATION BRANDS Run separate client workspaces from one login. Invite a client with a secure link and they connect their own accounts — you never touch their passwords. Per-client reporting and per-branch comparison, so you can see which location replies in four minutes and which takes three hours. CHANNELS Instagram. Facebook. WhatsApp Business. WHY TEAMS SWITCH TO MAXBOUND Set up in minutes from your website, instead of spending weeks building chat flows. No decision trees or keyword rules — the agent understands what was actually asked. Real human handoff, not a dead end that traps the customer in a bot. Every channel in one inbox, with one shared brain behind it. Evidence that the agent gets it right, before it ever goes live.
