Because Mautic is the budget friendly option for most of the smaller businesses that want to start marketing automation this is a top plugin.

We personally used this tool because the alternative solutions where to expensive to use. Now that we implemented Mautic we experience the same benefits with a fraction of the cost of a alternative plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Plugin added Mautic sync for the basic woocommerce checkout fields. So when a purchase was made, contact information, tags, and custom fields were pushed to the client's Mautic instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mautic WooCommerce Integration PRO?

I had to hand-code some fields into the base plugin on Wordpress to get them to accurately populate into Mautic. But if you have even basic PHP skills and knowledge it's fairly straightforward. If you do not, then you'll be frustrated by the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You will likely have to customize the base plugin to get all your woocommerce fields to auto-populate into Mautic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mautic WooCommerce Integration PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used it as part of the CRM and marketing automation functionality of the open-source version of Mautic, automating the ingest of customer's information from a subscription to an e-learning class. Once setup, it worked flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for proving your valuable feedback, it will help us in making our product better.

Currently, our plugin supports all standard woocommerce checkout fields and also includes a field to field sync feature to map additional user fields with mautic custom fields. For mapping additional checkout fields it requires adding some custom code as of now but we will surely check about the possibilities and try to include a feature related to that in our upcoming versions.

Mautic WooCommerce Integration PRO is easy to integrate and setup. It was effortless and I could easily to setup the custom fields, etc. We encountered an issue with some of our product names being too long, the support team helped us in no time and amended the plugin to suit our needs. Incredible! The support team has gone out of the way and helped us achieve what we were looking for in this plugin. If more features can be integrated going forward, the plugin can head a long way in the right direction to becoming the only solution people will use. The plugin has great potential to build on. One thing I would like to recommend is the automatic linking of fields that are native in woocommerce and mautic, if that is made possible I am sure the plugin would be more easy for non-technical people too.
