Matt PRO Reviews & Product Details

Matt PRO is a web-based CRM built for real estate agents and rental agencies in Thailand, starting with Phuket. Keep every home, owner, renter lead and deal in one place: photos, videos, rent by contract length, pet and pool details, map pin and edit history. Every home you add is published on mattproperty.com in English, Thai, Chinese and Russian, with its own page that Google can find, plus a public page for your agency. Leads from the website, chat and viewing bookings arrive in the CRM with the home they came from. Deals include a rent schedule and numbered receipts. A Chrome extension fills in the Facebook Marketplace rental form (photos, price, rooms, description) in about a minute; you review it and publish yourself. Matt Market lets agencies share homes with each other as co-agents, with the commission split agreed up front and the owner's details hidden. Pricing: free forever for 1 user and 10 homes. Paid plans: Starter 990 THB/month (1 user, 50 homes), Pro 3,990 THB/month (3 users, 300 homes), Business 6,990 THB/month (10 users, unlimited homes). Works on phone and computer, no install needed.
