Matchable is a European sports booking platform that connects trainers, venues, clubs, academies, and organisers with clients through a two-sided marketplace and free booking management software. Positioned as “the Booking.com of sports,” Matchable exists to lower the barrier to sports participation by making booking simple, accessible, and affordable. The platform combines marketplace discovery with full booking and back-office software. Businesses can sell private sessions, group classes, multi-week courses, and sport events, while managing scheduling, payments, invoicing, trainers, multi-location operations, discounts, and credit packages. It integrates with Stripe and Mollie for payments, MATCHi for court availability, and offers mobile apps for both trainers and clients. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no contracts — Matchable charges a flat 1.8% per booking. The primary value of Matchable is combining free software with client acquisition — without taking control away from businesses. Unlike traditional SaaS platforms that charge €80–700 per month without bringing customers, and unlike marketplaces that take 20–80% commission and control pricing, Matchable provides both tools and discovery while allowing businesses to keep their pricing, brand, and direct client relationships. It solves the core problems of empty calendars, manual admin work, payment chasing, and high platform fees — helping sports businesses grow revenue while keeping more of what they earn.
