Finicity has helped in being assured about the speed and accuracy of the data, when you are working with the customer it's very important to power the product with the easy to use data API's which is not only easy to use but also test that data and code it to the endpoint. The only place I feel that it can improve would be the focus on marketing that how it is managing the data so that the users can be restassured that the data is safe and in this time were well known companies are selling their customers data to make money Finicity has 0 tollerance when it comes to data security. While I used the API's I came across a lot of customers asking me if the data will be secured and if it's fine to link thir products to a open source banking services. Sales person was very friendly and was the only professional person that I dealt with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mastercard Open Banking (formerly Finicity)? Onboarding team was unprofessional and unorganized at best. They were rude and dismissive at worst. Required useless meetings with a bunch of their team members that started by them discussing who was supposed to be presenting and what the meeting was about for the first 15 minutes. Invoicing is sloppy and appears randomly after they bill even though it should be monthly. Contract details were changed multiple times for no apparent reason and without giving any warning before sending over new terms for signature.
