We use Ekata's Identity Review tool in two ways. 1. Our analysts will use the tool during their manual review process. Ekata presents the data in an easily digestible yet insightful way that allows my team to make informed decisions in an efficient manner while minimizing risk to the business and our customers. 2. We use Identity Review in our highest-risk profile within our rule-based engine to determine an accept/review response.
