I started using Ekata when it was called WPP (White Pages Pro). With one click I can verify the information matches the order I'm reviewing for possible fraudulent activity. Identity Review - Most helpful at looking at all angles of customer/address verification. Using the Identity search has been very useful tool as opposed to search by individual field, ie: address, phone or person, business. International searches have also improved. Most of the information will show up as a valid address or location but there is not enough information about the address: who is listed there whether it be a person or business. One of the biggest issues I see is with visibility on customer emails. The email search is has the most consistent information I have seen compared to other research tools. It gives at-a-glance Green Yellow Red zones that can help you decide if you need to investigate further. So much information is provided with links to see street views of addresses. IP address location, how long an email has been in service and who it is registered to. I love the new volatility information at the bottom of the page as well. If you are having a hard time determining the information this tool can offer some further clarification. The scores can be easily understood Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mastercard Identity Review 360? There isn't anything I dislike. This product is so user friendly and easy to understand. This tool makes fraud determination so easy. We don't have to worry and guess as much as we were previously. I cannot think of one downside. The benefit we receive from Ekata in preventing fraud loss more than pays for the product itself. I would say one thing is perhaps provide multiple seat discounts on pricing. This could help drive more people to provide seats for their entire team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It has helped us cut our fraudulent orders down by quite a bit. We use it several times a day. Fraud is a huge issue with ECommerce companies. This tool clearly outlines a fraud score and shows a volatility rating at the bottom. It eliminates guess work and gives stats as to why you should or should not ship that order.
