Ekata's ability to identify customers' identities and information across all countries is something I find appealing. It is necessary for us to have a reliable source to confirm that we are working with real customers in order to preserve their identity, foster trust, and encourage them to keep using our service for a positive customer experience. As part of customer support, I used it most of the time as part of our company's tools.
