It is a one-stop platform. Planning, collaboration, execution, budget & cost monitoring all can be done in one tool. The platform allows our marketing teams to work together globally in a standardized and structured way. Marmind is a powerful, user-friendly cloud tool that was developed with the needs of marketers in mind. In a complex organization, aligning different brand and product marketing teams, as well as sales and regional markets, is a challenge. With Marmind, we are planning budgets and marketing activities dynamically, using tags to help us build overview charts. In addition, we are working on assets together, simplifying the alignment process with internal and external stakeholders, also using automated approval workflows. With budgets and costs as well as activities (especially things like events and trade fairs) and to-dos on view and up to date for everyone in the organization, we could reduce alignment efforts and increase transparency in our organization. Marmind is updated on a monthly basis, always improving user experience based on our feedback. Support is fast and friendly. The roll-out was easy, excellently supported by Marmind experts who understood our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dashboard features are somewhat underdeveloped. I would appreciate automated, visual dashboards based on predefined KPIs. Marmind's tree structure makes sense, but it can become very extensive because items pile up. You can archive items, but then they are hard to find if needed. What I like most about Marmind is that it enables you to follow projects on a timeline and to have a real complete overview of your projects and tasks within your map/year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides of Marmind are, first of all, the complexity in identifying where to click and what are the differences between spaces like workspaces, campaigns and other names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool provides a good overview of all campaigns and their marketing activities without a long search. Moreover, the system is easy to use and can be customized to your specific use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
