I think there are a few areas where improvements could be made with Marllm's services. As they're a startup, it would be beneficial to have more dedicated resources for customer support. Currently, the CEO is quite hands-on, managing both business operations and client servicing, which might limit the company's growth potential. It's not a major issue for me as I enjoy working with JJ, but I can see how it might restrict their scalability. Additionally, I feel their documentation and presentations could be more modernized and digital instead of relying on PDFs and Canva.
