My favorite feature is the Optimize option, which makes optimizing an article straightforward. Using MarketMuse has provided consistent results in our SEO rankings. 1. The user interface needs improvement. I'm not saying it's terrible, but it's not the most user-friendly software I've used.

2. MarketMuse had a decent free plan earlier that offered enough for beginners. They have decreased the credits recently, thereby rendering the software pretty much useless for anything beyond testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Optimize section of MarketMuse is a game-changer. I can run a query and get feedback for my content creation. This feedback includes a target word count, along with topic mentions needed to rank for that particular query. The content editor itself can sometimes have a bit of lag (not usually noticeable, except that it sometimes leads to misspellings or a word that I end up mistyping as I'm waiting for the editor to catch up).
