The end result was fantastic - both the press release writing itself and the press release distribution were perfect. It landed in all the media channels I wanted as the team said it would. However, a special thank you also to Stacey, who was my POC throughout - she made the whole process extremely easy, super clear and was always very quick to come back to answer my questions. I like it best because they have one of the best value when it comes to their premium media partners.

I am coming from a relatively new brand. I recently did a press release with them, and within the next 24 hours, I can see my news on sites like businessinsider & theglobeandmail.

The news is also ranking on Google and Google News for my brand name, which I believe will be beneficial in building trust for my prospects.

**What do you dislike about MarketersMEDIA?**

The pricing may appear higher at first, but after negotiating for a deal and experiencing the service, I think it is well justifiable.

My site is new and I wanted to establish some trust on the search engines. MarketersMedia got the proper presence in just 24 hours.

**What do you like best about MarketersMEDIA?**

The support team behind them is truly outstanding and friendly. The supporters are online throughout the day, even after regular office hours, so that almost all issues can be resolved promptly. My dedicated supporter is Stacey. She possesses high-level skills, is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Stacey has assisted me and my company a lot with our Executive and Director plan products. We truly appreciate her!

The pricing for the agency is reasonable and good only. I highly recommend MarketersMEDIA!

**What do you dislike about MarketersMEDIA?**

Sometime, their connection with customers can be lost. It had happened to me several times, leading to my issues could not be supported in time. And I can only connect with my supporter, lovely Stacey, through MarketersMEDIA's website, which is a little bit inconvenient when I can not save the messages. 
They should find a way to deal with these.

My company has just had a rejected Yahoo press release because our clients don't include the NFT list on CMC in time, and Stacey helped us. I won't tell exactly, but the problem is solved in a really convenient way.

I recently revamped my website and decided to send a press release through marketersmedia. 

The submission process is easy enough and supports a number of customization.

In just 24 hours after the submission, I can see many of the press releases ranking on the first page of Google for my chosen keywords and brand name.

**What do you dislike about MarketersMEDIA?**

Other than the fact that we all want things to be cheaper and more affordable, no, I don't have much to dislike.

We did our launching with MarketersMedia. Our press release was easily published on many reputable sites, and I am very happy with the results. I also see some referral traffic coming from the press releases. Since then, I've been using them every once in a while.

The editorial process can take a few rounds before it gets approved. But the support is helpful along the process, so it isn't that bad.

We had a launching and thought that we should tell the world about it. We sent some press releases with MarketersMedia and the results have been satisfactory all the while.

MarketersMEDIA has one of the best customer service. Their staff, Stacey, was very attentive to me and was very patient with me. Overall it was a smooth experience.

Not much to dislike but if i were to nitpick, maybe their dashboard could use more features.

**What do you like best about MarketersMEDIA?**

After some comparison, I decided to send a press release through MarketersMedia. After making some edits suggested by their editor, my press release was approved a couple of hours after submission. The report came in another 12 hours, and there are direct links to hundreds of publications as promised on their sales page, which is great. 

Truth be told, I didn't expect organic inquiries after the publication (for me, it was more of a branding practice,) but to my surprise, we received sizeable inquiries in the inbox after the press release. A few even converted after my sales guy stepped in. All in that, MarketersMedia went beyond my expectation and the experience was excellent! Will revisit them for my future press releases.

**What do you dislike about MarketersMEDIA?**

There isn't much to dislike. But perhaps, if I were to nitpick, it is the fact that not all of their publications come with follow links. Some of them are nofollow and may be less valuable in terms of SEO link juice. But in the end, the bigger ones come with follow links, so everything is still good. Plus, I see sending press releases as a branding  & marketing function, not primarily an SEO one.

It increases my online exposure; instead of relying on my website, prospects can read more about us from different sources when they look for us. We observed an increase in organic inquiries after we started sending press releases through MarketersMedia.

Simple usage, clear feedback when you have to reach out to their support team, the older interface was something I still preferred but the new is a bit more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about MarketersMEDIA?**

No real downsides, a few times support emails are not handled in one reply but that's to be expected of most any business. I always get a reply and get a resolution when reaching out.

It's not solving a problem, more a tool that is mutually beneficial for both parties. We provide the stories and they have the newswire to field them to a wider audience.

I set a Press Release that should launch in 2 hours intil I realized that I accidentally put an incorrect address that almost caused me my JOB if it goes out to public! I just made a gamble to send a message to Marketer's Media support and they gave me opportunity to correct the address! It was a buzzer beater thankks to Karynn of Marketers Media support, she saved the day!

Their press release service is good, and I joined because it provided one of the more robust release services out there.

**What do you dislike about MarketersMEDIA?**

Their customer service. I have a billing issue that I have been trying to straighten out with them since December 2021. I bought a special for some Black Friday press releases. They charged me for it but the releases were never shown in my account. They have still not credited me and I am engaged in a long battle with my credit card company to get the money back. Meanwhile, Marketers Media is impossible to contact in any other manner besides a support email (that's shady). My repeated queries as to why my account has not been credited have been ignored.

At the moment, MarketersMedia is only causing me problems by in effect, taking my money.

The fast response and quality of the distribution. The system is easy to use and the company's editor is extremely pro-active in helping spot mistakes. They are also fast when responding to any technical or concerns we have and is normally reachable withing minutes and not days.

**What do you dislike about MarketersMEDIA?**

At the moment there is not much to dislike. The only thing I can think of is that at times the distributions takes some time to get indexed or is a little slow.

Only problems we are solving with them are to find out bugs in the new system and get them clean up.

I don´t have too much to say about dislike just maybe not too much real press. They focus more on online news sites and not real journalists. Also, some of the sites just keep the news for a time course, after they delete the news.

**What do you like best about MarketersMEDIA?**

Getting genuine support & help from them. As compared to other solutions, I feel like I'm dealing with a real human instead of an automated robot.
They are also responsive to a certain level of customization, which gives us higher flexibility to customize our solutions.

Feature-wise, I love how I am able to embed Google Maps in the distribution, which is a huge deal for some of the clients working on Local SEO.

The portal could use some visual & speed updates. Not that it is slow or it hinders the functionalities, but some upgrades would be great.

If support and customization are important for you, MarketersMEDIA is definitely one of the top contenders.

As a Public Relations firm, we are using MarketersMEDIA to help expand our clients' online presence. Some brick-and-mortar clients even report uptick of walk-in customers after the press release, thanks to the Google Map embed function.

So far, our clients are happy with the reports & results. Definitely no complaints.

**What do you like best about MarketersMEDIA?**

They truly deliver! I used their service for local SEO and I have to say that I really see my SEO improved. There are clients who come looking for me saying they found me through my press release. Well worth my money. I tried their services a couple of times and they succeed every single time. Karryn, the customer service agent, always replied to my emails in a timely matter. She's wonderful to work with!

This is a tough question because I don't really have any dislike in their press release service distribution ... though I would say the design does look a bit outdated but it doesn't impact the service in any way.  My press releases are always distributed and executed in an expedited manner. 

They would answer every single question that we have,  and the customer service agent really really helps a lot. So far everything is excellent, and I am pleased with the results.

I appreciate the way that we are able to distribute press releases Have a platform that takes a little concentration. But can have the best outcome for your business

I feel as if MarketMedias website is a little predates but also a little more detailed for newbie. And a little expensive If is tote first press release site

Very responsive customer service; Easy to follow instructions of how to submit articles, what's permitted, etc.

Publishing is not immediate, usually have to wait overnight to get things published, so always have to plan ahead.
