MarginRail is scope-checking and commercial decision-support software for digital, creative and marketing agencies. It compares a client request with the agreed scope before delivery begins, highlights the relevant boundary evidence, estimates potential value at risk and helps the agency choose whether to charge, trade, defer or deliberately absorb the work. Teams deliberately submit or privately forward the individual request they want checked; MarginRail does not continuously read Slack, Teams or mailboxes. For paid additions, it can create a private client approval page that records the work, fee and timing. MarginRail is self-serve SaaS at £99 per month or £990 per year after a 14-day free trial, with unlimited teammates.
