Maqpie was very easy to set up and then very easy to use and get new members or existing employees connected. The messages were instant and made communication internally so much better. It also kept managemnet in close contact with all of their team members and also in touch with their peers this helped get jobs completed quicker and stopped the need for tickets being created. There wasn't much to dislike with Maqpie i suppose the only thing was that he was a bit slow loading up sometimes and also logged some people out each day rather than just keep you logged in but we flagged this to their IT team and was in the pipeline to be fixed. Actually we have not had problems with maqpie since it is very efficient and meets all the expectations it promises if you had to comment on something that you are not very happy with it is that sometimes like all software it crashes and you have to go out and log in again it is something minimal but they should improve a little that of the rest we recommend a thousand percent to maqpie for small and large companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
