I also like the variety of layers that are available to use, and how interactive it can be, which helps me create all the diagrams I need. However, I think the pricing is a bit high, and it would be better if it could be lower. the ai is very good to help you with the workflow and ideas biut it needs to be faster the pricing is not sutable for all uesrs i belive it should be lower of provvid more plans the support team are professional and helpful and you feel as they are humans not robots **What problems is MapsAlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** i had an issue with making a preview for my ideas and creating new ones in making a creative design for my presentation in urban planning but i utilized the it and it helped me to do it in a good way to make a map interactive and connected it to my notion app and it was helpfull i needed to make a plane to show the number of birds and tree in my rigion and i stuggeld with the creating of the plane bute now we can creat a plan 2 times fast and now we have created a good plan for the area ### 2. The poor features are not enabling me to create captivating and visually appealing maps that does not grab the attention of my audience. **What do you dislike about MapsAlive?** The less user friendly interface and customizable options are not good making it difficult to personalize my maps to reflect my brand identity. The inclusion of videos, images and hyperlinks has taken my presentations to a level decreasing the viewer experience. **What problems is MapsAlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** MapsAlive needs to benefit from customization options not allowing for greater creativity and uniqueness in interactive maps. The process of inputting data is time consuming and confusing at times leading to errors. The pricing structure needs to be more transparent making it easier to assess the value, for money. ### 4. MapsAlive is the problematic range of multimedia elements it provides. These elements decrease the appeal of maps. Once you spend some time exploring the program it becomes quite a hectic tool to use. I have also noticed that the photo editing feature seems to be the focus of this product leaving other functionalities lacking in comparison. **What problems is MapsAlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without a use at present, it feels more like a curiosity rather than a practical tool. It would be better if there was accessibility to the version for convenient use, from anywhere. ### 5. The drag and drop interface is simple to use and there are a ton of templates and elements. **What do you dislike about MapsAlive?** It can be a bit expensive for small businesses and individuals, it doesn't integrate with a lot software which could a problem for a lot people.It takes some time to learn it especially if you are new to map-making. **What problems is MapsAlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is making maps more engaging and informative it allows to add a variety of multimedia elements in our maps such as text and videos this makes the map more engaging and informative.The maps here can be updated in real time this is useful when creating the maps that track data. ### 6. Just trying to get a feel of new programs and technologies. We didn't expect to actually be able to map out things like a floor plan and other little things! **What do you dislike about MapsAlive?** It was a little tricky at first, no lie about that at all, but we were able to understand the program a lot easier, and that was just by utilizing the help section. **What problems is MapsAlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** I personally don't have a concrete use for it at the moment.
