"Excellent customer service from Nicholas"

What do you like best about Mapline?

I imagine that the product is exceptionally easy to use for people using USA maps. However, I am using maps from the UK Regions - and the repository is not quite ideal for my needs.

However, Nicholas has provided excellent customer service, and I am almost in a position to have my maps in the exact specifications that I require them. This massively help my work, as I will be able to present wonderfully formatted and accurate maps - in a short amount of time.

I would say that Mapline has excellent customer services, and an excellent product (unless you are specifically looking for UK Regions maps). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mapline?

The UK Regions selection from the central map repository is inaccurate - it is missing Northern Ireland. You can add in Northern Ireland easily enough. However, when doing this, the border does not stop where land meets ocean - it runs far out into the ocean. It looks incongruent with the rest of my map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple mapping software."

What do you like best about Mapline?

"Great for Map Creation"

What do you like best about Mapline?

I love that there is an Excel Add-In so that you can link maps created in Mapline to spreadsheets in your workbook and have your Maps update just by clicking a button in Excel. It was extremely easy to install the Excel Add-In and it wasn't ever something I just stumbled upon. I was made aware of the feature from the very beginning and began using it day one. What do you dislike about Mapline?

I thought it was a little difficult to get custom colors added to regions of my maps, but I reached out to customer service and they helped me through it. I also dislike that there isn't as phone number for support. You have to e-mail and wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mapline solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is the first time the company I work for is seeing something like this. I am easily able to show them, visually on a map, a number of things, such as where the majority of guests are coming from for our signature events. This is allowing us to make decisions on where our events should be located, should we decide to change venues.

We were also able to segment our entire constituent database into regions, based on their zip code, allowing us to do more targeted marketing to strategic regions, rather than marketing to everyone and including people who are not relevant, which leads to unhappy constituents and causes people to remove themselves from our lists as a whole.
