The gamification part just captivated us. Adults nowadays prefer gamified learning as it’s quick yet easy to remember. The online assessment feature is also great as AI-proctoring prevents cheating during our pre-hiring or certification assessments. Instructors and learners are able to easily communicate over the platform and share knowledge. Reporting and analytics help us track learner progress, identify top performers, suggest role-based learning paths, and notify about upcoming courses, deadlines, and improve the learning experience. **What do you dislike about MapleLMS?** It doesn’t have built-in courses, though it allows creating your own course modules. **Recommendations to others considering MapleLMS:** We've been using MapleLMS for a little over a year, coming from another LMS system that did not meet our need. Integration with Salesforce which for most companies is a big plus. **What problems is MapleLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an in-house learning platform that was broadly used to store presentations, and videos with little or no functionality to share the resources with employees.
