So there were a few things we had to adjust. **What problems is Map Dynamics solving and how is that benefiting you?** On the front end, the fact that the client can actually see the facility's layout and choose their desired location was great! In the back end, we really appreciated how easy it is to monitor the clients' accounts, especially the billing aspect. It's a no-brainer. This is great, especially when you have team members with varying levels of accounting experience that have to access the records. ### 2. I was able to get an hour of training and was off and working on building a floor map in no time. You can allow speakers and exhibitors to create and edit their profiles. **What do you dislike about Map Dynamics?** The mobile version of the floor map needs to allow words, not just booth numbers. **What problems is Map Dynamics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Map Dynamics is helping our exhibitors see what space is available at any time on the show floor. It also allows us to give the attendee more information as speakers and education changes or is added. ### 3. I especially like how Map Dynamics is a storage tool for valuable information placed in there by the exhibitors. **What do you dislike about Map Dynamics?** I would like to see instruction bubbles pop up on the exhibitor input side of the platform. Some exhibitors failed to add applicable content because they didn't know how to do it. A dropdown instruction box would be handy to them. **Recommendations to others considering Map Dynamics:** Use the services provided by the support team because their quality of the art is exceptional. Participate in the administrative training before starting your event so that the entire process runs smoothly. Ask questions of your representative since they can customize features to meet your needs. **What problems is Map Dynamics solving and how is that benefiting you?** More substantial attendance at our event was the result of using Map Dynamics. Transportation to our event was a problem in the past, and Map Dynamics made it possible for anyone to attend. ### 5. Great Platform for Online Booth Floorplans and Sales **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2017 **What do you like best about Map Dynamics?** Map Dynamics provides everything you need to handle online booth sales and floorplans without making you pay for features you don't need or use. **What do you dislike about Map Dynamics?** Well, I'd say two things; but, now that the platform is fully HTML5 and no longer requires Flash, my only dislike is that there isn't an easy way to process offline payments. **What problems is Map Dynamics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to be able to provide all out clients with interactive exhibitor floorplans for all their meetings and allow exhibitors to request and pay online.
