What problems is Map Dynamics solving and how is that benefiting you?

On the front end, the fact that the client can actually see the facility's layout and choose their desired location was great! In the back end, we really appreciated how easy it is to monitor the clients' accounts, especially the billing aspect. It's a no-brainer. I would like to see instruction bubbles pop up on the exhibitor input side of the platform. Some exhibitors failed to add applicable content because they didn't know how to do it. A dropdown instruction box would be handy to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use the services provided by the support team because their quality of the art is exceptional. Participate in the administrative training before starting your event so that the entire process runs smoothly. What do you dislike about Map Dynamics?

Well, I'd say two things; but, now that the platform is fully HTML5 and no longer requires Flash, my only dislike is that there isn't an easy way to process offline payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
