The software is very expensive as compared to its competitors. The Manager software side is very difficult to use. The one problem in this software is that the reports can be difficult to set up and new users have a steep learning curve. The another problem in this software is that when we deposit our payments in the bank accounts then sometime our payments cannot easily deposited in the bank accounts. The importing of data from banks is a little brittle, but once I learned to work within the limitations, everything is good. Don't do manual entry of transactions into a bank account you are going to import from. Do one or the other: either manual entry of all transactions OR import of all transactions. Never both.
