1. Automate deployment patch. With this feature, is very easy to implementation system healty to our endvirontment. Very helpfull to automate security for many software, OS, and endpoint.

2. Very easy to contact customer support with using button chat on right bottom. I can ask everything about PMP and they will guide me to configure, implement, and running prod.

3. Very easy to use with a friendly GUI.

4. Feature reboot endpoint very helpfull to action reboot after deploy patch.

5. Very secure with agent protection setting. So the user can't uninstall the agent without token from administrator.

6. We can rebranding the icon and logo with logo/icon from our company

7. We can use Self Service Portal, to deploy software/patch. So the user can self service to install/update the software.

1. Can't schedule download patch. Currently PMP only can schedule deploy patch, but not with schedule download patch. I hope in next update, PMP can schedule download patch

2. I confused about license Cloud Profesional. Why you sell this product ? Because this is need a server onprem to distribution patch to all agent. I think if we talk about Cloud, there's no one onprem we using. All endpoint direct to cloud using internet. Even scanning, download, and deploy patch.

3. you need to create menu add agent by scan IP on PMP onprem. In another product, I can see menu add agent by scan IP. but on PMP only add agent by scan IP using script powershell. you should add this feature to your menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to patch third party apps along with Win/MacOS/Linux update is huge and helps us remain more compliant. The interface is easy and there is a sufficient amount of documentation/support from ME to get through most issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company has been utilizing the demo of Patch Manager Plus, and we are so thrilled with how simple it was to setup and get patches rolling to our test servers. The layout of teh Admin UI seems busy, however since we are using this product for the primary scope of patching our server enivornment - it could be that for us there is more that is needed, and may be suitable for other customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to write this review to spread the benefits and share the experience of using the X program, this program allowed me to try managing the devices connected to the server make the necessary updates and know the technical details in a very smooth and easy way, I plan to acquire an annual license from this program for sure. Manage Engines Patch Manager Plus is an automated multi-OS patch management system that can be deployed on-premises or in the cloud according on our requirements. Too many fresh builds were made available in too short a time. It takes too long, and you also have to update the linked endpoints. We looked for a new patch management solution and ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus ticked all the boxes for us. It allowed us to setup and on-premise deployment with features that a lot of other vendors don't offer. When patching it saved us so much time. We don't have to log into servers manually to fix issues, savings us hours when patching our whole server estate each month. The customer support is great as well, they respond to you within minutes.
