This has really helped our IT team keep things We can now manage updates for things like browsers, PDF readers and collaboration tools, in one place. It also helps with business software so we do not need to use different methods to deploy updates. Our SCCM infrastructure makes it seamless. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus?** The thing with this system is that it sometimes takes a while for the live deployment status updates and patch synchronization to show up correctly on the dashboard. There are times when something goes wrong with a patch deployment, from a party and we have to look into it manually by checking the logs and the different parts of SCCM. **What problems is ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus is really helping us out. We were having a lot of trouble managing and deploying patches for companies applications on all of our computers. Before we started using ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus our IT team had to do everything by hand. They had to download updates for -Microsoft applications test them and then put them on all of our computers. This took a time and it was not good because it meant our computers might be running old or weak software. ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus is making it easier for us to manage and deploy patches for these applications, from one place. ### 2. I also like the features that allow end users to delay deployments when needed. Deploying patches or software from SCCM along with pre and post scripts prepared inside Patch Connect Plus is a big plus for me. The integration with SCCM as the main and only management tool for endpoints is a huge benefit, as it doesn't add any load to SCCM but instead enriches the patch repository via WSUS. Additionally, the pre-defined software packages save a lot of time in preparing and troubleshooting, making it a perfect choice for environments that rely on SCCM. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus?** Even if there are over a couple of thousands of 3rd parties supported in this product, it can be better if it would be bigger. Additionally, this product doesn't allow customer patches or software to be prepared over its UI. This can be cons for techs love to make custom configs by itself. **What problems is ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus to deploy 3rd party software updates, which improves environment security by integrating with SCCM. It reduces the need for multiple tools, offers predefined packages, and includes a built-in PGSQL, saving on database costs and maintenance. ### 4.
