These features make it unique enough comparing other competitors. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Asset Explorer?** The product has a working logic in it but I believe it should be better. For Windows, Mac and Linux computers it uses agents but it doesn't offer a "discovery" mechanism for the network. So, to add these computers into the product, you should be able to integration it with the Active Directory but this may not always be the case for some environments. **What problems is ManageEngine Asset Explorer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to configure the assets as I want whether needs some additional attributes or update them in bulk or change their categories, these all can be configured easily. Additionally, the license mechanism is very good that there is no "technician" counts for it which mean if you have 100 technicians in your company, it doesn't bring any additional cost for you to manage the product. ### 2. The installation of this program and achieving each of the parameters presented in the installation process are a nuisance for each user. **What problems is ManageEngine Asset Explorer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I always recommend ManageEngine Asset Explorer for the security that this software transmits in addition to the good integration it has in our work due to its notifications and ways of managing and browsing, it is totally efficient and solid to protect our data, it is worth trusting this program to manage our passwords and have better control in our work area.
