“Problems are only opportunities in work clothes.” Henry John Kaiser Our job is to recognize and analyse them, because being proactive is a guarantee of success. If you are wondering why a communication agency must act as protection rail for businesses, we are not surprised. We are the first in Parma to propose a solid and professional web marketing consulting service, because we know that often there are business opportunities hidden behind problems. With the smarts and curiosity, that has always been its trademark, Makia is constantly ahead of the game. In fact, our agency has been offering as early as 2000 five separate departments: creative, multimedia, statistics, video and business. They are tailored not just to satisfy our clients’ needs but also to anticipate them. Thanks to a team of 9 specialists, beyond traditional creativity, in every aspect of web marketing: Data Analysis, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and ad hoc higher training courses. Our method Solutions come later. Finding out the problem is Makia’s first priority. Thanks to our experience and to certifications based on data analysis web tools such as Google Analytics, we can “measure the health status” of your website. By creating a sort of ID card of your customers and their navigation history, we understand how long they stay on your page or whether they prefer to jump elsewhere, and so on. Once we have an overall picture, we set improvement objectives, we analyse in depth competitors’ online presence and we analyse which keys to success ought to be used. Only then our plan goes into action, a “solution” designed specifically for you. But that is not all. Makia continues to monitor the data to check the outcome of the investments made. Single solutions that last forever no longer exist. We live in the constant flow of events; Everything changes all the time! Once again, our mantra is to be ahead of the game.
