MakeQR Reviews & Product Details

MakeQR is a QR code generator that runs entirely inside the browser tab. You fill in a short form and download a PNG or SVG: there is no upload step and no sign-up form between you and the file. Eight code types are free and unlimited - a web address, a WiFi network, a contact card, plain text, an email, an SMS, a phone number and a social profile - with unlimited scans, no expiry, logos, colours, dot shapes and print sheets for posters, table tents and stickers. Every code is decoded again in the browser before download, so a logo or colour that would break scanning is caught before it is printed. The Pro plan, $9 a month, adds 50 dynamic codes you can repoint after printing, scan analytics with CSV export, folders and tags, 16 hosted page types such as menus and business cards, smart routing by device, language and country, A/B tests, schedules, scan limits, passwords and a REST API. If you stop paying, every code you made keeps redirecting where it points today.
