Maintainful Reviews & Product Details

Maintainful is maintenance management software, often called a CMMS, built for small and mid-sized maintenance teams that have outgrown spreadsheets, whiteboards and group chats. Everyone who reports a problem uses the same simple request form, from a desktop or the phone in their pocket, and Requesters never need a paid seat. Supervisors see every request and work order in one list with status, priority, owner and due date, and the technician workload view shows who is overloaded before something slips. Technicians open the job, work through its checklist (required steps must be done before it can be closed), attach photos and record the spare parts they used, which are taken out of stock automatically. Preventive maintenance plans repeat weekly or monthly and generate the work order when it's due, with the checklist and technician already set. Assets and locations are kept in a simple hierarchy with files, tags and printable QR labels, so a scan opens a machine's full maintenance history. Reports cover technician workload and materials consumed, and every list exports to CSV and every work order to PDF. The built-in AI assistant answers questions about your maintenance work and creates or updates records from one sentence, by voice or text. It shows each change and waits for confirmation. Start on the Free plan with two team seats, import assets and locations from CSV, and upgrade per seat when you grow.
