It is also really simple to use as understanding it is really quick. It offers flexibility and control of what’s getting inside the mail box per user’s filters. **What do you dislike about MailWasher?** Besides being easy to use, the pro version of Mailwasher is very expensive. When it comes to integration, windows users enjoy more functions compared to other operating system users. The software also crashes at some systems causing disruptions **What problems is MailWasher solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software prevents user’s mail inbox from overloading with unwanted emails. This benefits anybody or company that uses emails frequently and they want to avoid overflow of emails. Mailwasher was designed to use user’s customizable filters. The filter processes a portion of an email, and then unwanted emails are deleted. This prevents downloading of spam or emails with malware attachments. ### 2. It does not allows me to easily keep monitor of information ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. Ive been using this app for quite a few years now. Have encountered many issues. There are shutdowns, a quick restart usually fixes the problem. While troubleshooting is sometimes a bit difficult it doesnt overshadow the benefits of the software. **What do you dislike about MailWasher?** It reliably filters out spam making my email experience practically uninterrupted. MailWasher claims to reduce spam it still lets some unwanted emails slip through leading to an inbox. The software also struggles with filtering out emails such, as " events" and "must see" promotions. Its disappointing that MailWasher doesnt fully deliver on its promise of maintaining an organized inbox. **What problems is MailWasher solving and how is that benefiting you?** MailWasher has resolved our some problems but not able to satisfy customers properly. It unable to solve the issue of having to sift through spam emails. MailWasher does not allows us to conveniently preview and remove emails before they even land in our inbox. At the time, it was innovative in its ability to recognize and divert spam messages from my inboxes. Since then, platforms like GMail have incorporated their own spam filtering capabilities that are often superior to what MailWasher can do. **What problems is MailWasher solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have several email addresses that have been around for a few decades; over that time, and as a result of too many security breaches across various business websites and service platforms, these email addresses have made it onto just about every dark web email list out there. In some ways, this has provided me the opportunity to compare the anti-spam capabilities of multilpe tools including MailWasher (which I have been using on and off since the first version was released in 2001). From its roots as the first truly effective anti-spam tool, to where it finds itself now as simply one of many options for spam filtering available, I can say that MailWasher has reliably delivered on its original and continuing promise of being an effective and effortless anti-spam tool. ### 4. I must say, it's a hectic tool, for managing my emails. The reporting feature is not useful as it fails to provide me with all the information. **What do you dislike about MailWasher?** There are closures simply restarting the software does not solve the issue. The downside is that at times it is a bit difficult to pinpoint the cause of errors. MailWasher does a poor job at reducing spam and protecting against viruses and scams. Most of the company has had favorable responses given by this system. MailWasher is responsible for completely eliminating all unwanted spam scams before they reach our team or email. I must point out that its tools are so complex and at the same time so easy to use that it has a filter where it blocks unwanted emails and only important or new emails that may be of interest pass through the filter. The service does not delete any type of email; a prior configuration is made to be able to place those unwanted emails and the emails we want to reach our inbox. To conclude, I emphasized that the software is a downloadable application or can simply be configured from its website. We use the downloadable version; it is much easier to use and this is added to mobile devices to have greater protection in our company. **What do you dislike about MailWasher?** There is something we don't like about the system, but the software has a key issue that can be detrimental. Technical support should improve by being faster and more communicative with customers or new users of their system. It is impossible to take up to 2 days to respond. A question about the system was complicated for us when making the purchase since we did not receive quick responses about the service we needed from them, however, after the response and using the software we are very satisfied, but that part of the service can be improved. **Recommendations to others considering MailWasher:** We highly recommend it, as it is an excellent service that covers not only email but also mobile devices, both protection and email browsing, as well as its filters and tools that are so complex yet easy to use where files are automatically deleted and desired or important emails for you are added to your inbox. In my opinion, I also recommend that the software is not too expensive and that its service is excellent, it adapts very quickly to the company, as it is very useful and easy to use. **What problems is MailWasher solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we used email and deleted each of those unwanted emails to send them directly to the trash, although it was a bit complicated and the time loss was so great that we decided to look for software among all of us that would help us solve those small problems caused by unwanted emails, such as spam or scams. It was a bit cumbersome to keep them there. Before finding the system, we suffered a virus problem due to a malicious email received by marketing. We opened it and got a virus that damaged a computer. From there, the importance of finding a system to help us with this became clear, and we discovered that MailWasher has been perfect and we are safe. ### 16.
