The software is packed with so many advanced filtering and scraping features that it took me a couple of days to fully grasp how to maximize its potential. It’s definitely not a basic, over-simplified tool, so you do need to spend a little time exploring the interface to unlock its full power. We used to waste hours hitting export limits on Apollo and LinkedIn, and then even more time cleaning those lists so our domains wouldn't get banned. MailStrike fixes both. It lets us grab the leads we need without limitations and verifies them on the spot. The main benefit is peace of mind, our bounce rate is basically zero now, and we're getting way better reply rates because we're actually hitting valid inboxes. I used MailStrike and can speak positively about the experience. I liked how easy and efficient everything was to use; setting up campaigns, managing outreach, and tracking results was pretty straightforward. It made the whole process a lot easier and more efficient, especially for quickly setting up campaigns and keeping everything more organized. I appreciated how straightforward and easy everything was to use—some outreach tools feel more complicated than they need to be, but with MailStrike, everything was laid out and clear from the start. Emails landed in the inbox more consistently, which is crucial. The automation and follow-ups worked really well; once campaigns were set up, everything ran smoothly. We only used it for a period back in January, so we didn’t run into major issues, the reason we stopped using it was internal budget and perhaps deeper customisation could make it even better, but still very good.
