**What do you like best about MailClark?**

We have numerous tools in MailClark to help us organize our business communications. It effortlessly incorporates our other communication tools. It offers responsive service and an intuitive user interface.

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

I haven't run into any unique problems. Although it offers fantastic tools for communication, its cost may be lowered.

**What problems is MailClark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can receive emails and messages on a single interface using MailClark, saving us time. It expedites our response times and streamlines our routine questions. We also get a thorough report from it.

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

The support team is always prompt and helpful promptly resolving any issues we encounter. its pricing is slightly higher compared to alternatives its unique features and functionalities make it well worth the investment.

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

I find its interface a little clunky and confusing at times. It takes some effort to navigate through features and settings.

**What problems is MailClark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MailClark provides the solution, for integrating email and Slack platforms.Our workflow has become more collaborative since implementing this tool. It has allowed us to bring all our conversations together.

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

Mail clark is easy to use , the setup is very simple nothing complex.
The customer support team is one of the best i've ever experienced.
Overall a perfect place to handle all the communication without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

There's nothing really that I dislike about MailClark to be very specific, but the pricing seems to be a little high as compared to where I come from (India)

**What problems is MailClark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligining notification was a problem.
But the way Mailclark has integrated various applications together to align our communication and commitment, its really worthy.

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

We had a problem at Orlando Fringe. We couldn't spread the word to all of the people that needed to know when a show during our festival was sold out or close to selling out. Mail Clark receives an email from our ticketing partner that the show is sold out or close to and Mail Clark connects to our Slack and sends the message out to everyone. No confusion. No miscommunication. Mail Clark for the rescue! On top of that, the offered the service for free since we are a nonprofit. In return, have listed them as a partner for our festival.

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

I cannot say anything bad about Mail Clark. I have been very pleased with everything about them since we started using them two years ago.

**What problems is MailClark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to get ticket sales information from our ticketing website and to our staff in a moment's notice so we can alert patrons of a sold-out show. This information also tells our staff where we need to be to help with crowd control during our 14-day festival. Mail Cark being integrated with Slack solved the problem we had and our festival runs much smoother as a result.

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

It is a very productive tool to use, and combined with the ability to assist in maintaining order for your different communications platforms. Helps Consolidate and keeps everyting in order neatly.

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

Should allow a 30 day trial, as his helps evaluate the tool and see if it does assit for a month.

**Recommendations to others considering MailClark:**

It took me awhile to find a similar tool to replace One In Box, and I do highly recommend it. In threaded MS Teams or Slack environments, you will see the immediate benefits. For emails, the benefits is in the refined and sorted workspace thaat the solution delivers. It will make a huge difference for your workplace, work culture and workfore to adopt this tool.

**What problems is MailClark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There used to be a similar tool i used in the past called OIB (One In Box) and this effectively  replaces it and provides more features.

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

Mailclark integrates directly with many other platforms to provide the best output for teams. The customer service is extraordinary. 

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

It's a bit expensive but it's one of the kind and due to it's applications which is not readily available in other platforms, the pricing looks a kind of legit.

**What problems is MailClark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated MailClark directly to the slack and our slack messages are sent to email inbox automatically. It makes our team more efficient to share the daily reports.

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

I'm glad they have a free option for people like me who love the app but only use it for one inbox in one channel in Slack. The paid plans seem very worth it, I just haven't gotten to the point where I need them.

Any time I've left a message with the bot, I get a timely response from the MailClark team, and they seem to really take user feedback into consideration.

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

There's not much to dislike. Any time I've run into an issue, leaving a message with the bot gets me in contact with support in a timely fashion.

**Recommendations to others considering MailClark:**

I've been using MailClark since August 13th, 2016. The team behind MailClark has kept me up-to-date on what they're doing with the bot and took my feedback into consideration (and actually took action on the cost of the paid plans).

**What problems is MailClark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prioritizing emails to an inbox and getting those alerts (and responding) through Slack

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

We love this to unify messages received on facebook - once you get your notifications dialled in its super easy to use with Slack. Definetely worth a go.

Not 100% intuitive but not terrible either.

Communication channels and apps beiung unified in one location platform via Slack.

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

I love this product. We use mailclark, to tie or messenger bot to slack, so we can seamlessly live chat and bot chat.

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

Not much. Things are still a little clunky with mobile. It's like b2b is still ignoring mobile user.

**What problems is MailClark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use slack for our team communication, and we use live chat on our website. Live chat and slack worked great, but when we wanted to use Facebook Messenger and live chat and a bot, things got tricky.  Mailclark solved that for us.

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

Very easy to configure and really intuitive for the users. You create one email address for every Slack channel and all the team members can copy all their emails in the appropriate channel and workspace automatically.

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

I am still searching a reason to be disappointed.

Mail Clark helps team members to move smoothly from email based communication to slack

**What do you like best about MailClark?**

It allows integrating email as well as twitter with slack which otherwise was not possible.  No need to frequently switch between email and slack while working. 
Allows to directly send and reply to emails from slack channel itself.
 You can have create an inbox for the entire team which is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about MailClark?**

Little difficult to get started with.
Needs a better pricing

Makes mailing easy while still using slack to collaborate with my dev team
